This week we have been using the Chrome books to research the worlds biggest earthquakes.
We found out lots of interesting information.
Lundy have had a busy week this week! As well as swimming we enjoyed taking part in a music workshop on Thursday morning we had great fun!
We enjoyed watching an animation of a ship wreck poem in literacy this week. We used the piece to base our newspaper paper report writing on.
We then got into the roles of reporters to get the main facts recorded ready for our reports.
In Science this week we have been super scientists, investigating light and shadow.
We had a fantastic trip to Carnclaze Caverns and learnt lots of amazing facts about rocks.
We loved the hobbit house in the woods!
We had a fantastic day at the zoo, we even found the sloth!
We seen the otters having lunch!
We have been busy this week writing shape poetry about volcanoes, they look lovely on our display board!
We all created a design for our vegetable kebabs in our DT lesson this week.
We are looking forward to cooking them next week!
On Tuesday this week we had a fantastic time during our outdoor learning session.
We built our own fire, them lit it using flint and steel, then used a kelly kettle to heat water.
And then enjoyed a lovely warm hot chocolate, it was delicious!

We started our art topic this week, we sketched fossils using different mediums.
In our science lesson we looked at different types of rocks and sorted them.
